This page explains what Mango Media collects, how it's used, and the third parties involved.
What we collect
When you fill out a contact form, we collect the name, business name, email, phone number (optional), website URL (if provided), service interest, and any message you send. We also collect analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot, which may include IP address, device type, browser, referrer, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and follow up about your project. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
Third-party processors
Mango Media uses HubSpot (CRM and pipeline), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), and may use heatmap tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar. Each of these processes data under their own privacy policies.
PIPEDA
Mango Media operates in Canada and complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@mangomedia.ca.
European visitors
If you're visiting from the European Union, you may opt out of analytics tracking via the cookie banner on first visit, and you can request data deletion at any time.
